Four things we build around
Employability is experienced, not taught
You cannot read your way into performing well in a group exercise or a competency interview. You have to take part in one.
Feedback is the difference
Most candidates never find out how they were perceived. Specific, honest feedback is what turns an attempt into improvement.
Capability can be recognised
People often underestimate what they can already do because nobody has helped them name it or evidence it.
Access should not depend on confidence
Meaningful preparation too often reaches the people who already ask for it. It should be available to everyone.
